Conditionaire WFSR fume scrubbers are manufactured from fully welded uPVC with round inlets and outlets or square if specified. The water connection is from mains water supply via a polypropylene float valve maintaining a static water level to compensate for evaporation. The unit is fitted with a chemical resistant magnetic drive 240 volt pump connected between a neutralizing tank and atomizing sprays which saturate the polypropylene mesh filter / eliminator pad which can be removed for periodic cleaning or replacement. The scrubber sprays are set and non-adjustable and a clear viewing panel is incorporated in the body to ensure the sprays are working. The tank is fitted with an overflow connected to the outlet side of the uPVC scrubber. The scrubber is suitable for water-soluble gases and particles. A removable tank top is provided for periodic dosing with the appropriate chemicals when required.
