Series MF Fume Exhaust Fans

The Conditionaire Series MF range is designed for low volume exhaust rates typically required for the ventilation of storage cabinets and chemical stores.

Specification

The fume extraction fans shall be Conditionaire, Series MF centrifugal fans of fully welded PVC construction. The fan impeller shall be a forward curve, multi-vane type of non welded PVC construction and must be statically and dynamically balanced.

The fan case shall have 20 mm socket fitted to the lowest point in the scroll. The fan is to be assembled arrangement 4 (direct drive) and supplied complete with stainless steel motor pedestal and anti-vibration mounts. All fixings exposed to the air stream shall be 316 grade stainless steel.

In order to minimise power consumption and noise generation, the fan shall be selected from the fan performance curves, as close as possible, to the most efficient point of operation and the fan speed shall not exceed 24 rps.
