Conditionaire International Pty Limited has fully earned its respected position, in the area of laboratory fume exhaust equipment, by recognising the fundamental and practical requirements of that field.
In 1957 Conditionaire introduced to the Australian market the first standard laboratory fume cupboards and fume exhaust fans. Since then there has been continual
and considerable experimental research and field experience gained, with the result
that a vast knowledge of the problems and solutions associated with this equipment has been accumulated.
Founded on the knowledge that there is no short cut to solid achievement, Conditionaire has established its place in the industry by a conscientious and creative development of the basic fundamentals which have the most immediate influence on the decisions of those responsible for buying the product or service. Those fundamental considerations are:

“A principle consumer benefit is the “ASAH®” material which excels under AS1530.3 testing.
“The product does deliver real consumer benefits over and above its competitors.”
“The Series 2000 “Safe-Tee” Fume Cupboard manufactured by Conditionaire International Pty Limited is versatile and demonstrates a modern product manufactured from long years of experience. The product uses superior fire rated material in its construction. New technology enhances control of air velocity and the super capacitor eliminates the need for battery back-up in its micro processor control system.”
Conditionaire is proud that their belief has been confirmed by the premier design assessment body in Australia.
Conditionaire will remain a market leader through our total commitment to
DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, INSTALLATION, NATA CERTIFICATION and SERVICE
of laboratory fume exhaust systems.
Our engineers will study your individual problems and work closely with those responsible

Conditionaire “SAFE-TEE” range is manufactured from, time proven, “ASAH®” material, which was developed to overcome the hazards of fire associated with
fume cupboards while still maintaining a
superior level of chemical resistance.
“ASAH®,” when tested to AS1530-3, produced results of O, O, O and 4 respectively for ignitability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke release.
Fully sealed internally with moulded radiused corners and all internal fittings are chemically resistant. Designed to be installed on existing benches or can be supplied with underbenches and optional chemical storage cabinets.
User friendly, state-of-the-art, “SAFE-TEE” fume cupboard control touch panel, with LCD display, pre-wired to a control box and can be interfaced with building management system.
Energy and cost saving Infinitely Variable Air Control (“IVAC”) system, which has no mechanical components, is available to maintain a constant air velocity irrespective of sash position.
Brilliant white internal finish for work area and white, external finish. An extensive range of additional colours is available to suit your laboratory decor.
Durable “ASAH®” work surface or alternate materials are available for specific applications.
Sinks, runnels and tundishes in various sizes and materials can be incorporated in the base.
Easily removable top and rear “ASAH®” baffles ensure even distribution of airflow, and are preset for optimum performance.
Smooth sliding sash fronts with counterweights attached to an aerodynamically shaped bottom lifting rail.
Easily serviceable fluorescent light fitted externally and isolated from the fume area, special lighting available for hazardous locations.
Exhaust duct connection point can be located either at the top or rear of the fume cupboard.
Remote service handles can be fitted on a side service panel or the underbench fascia so they do not disturb the airflow. The service outlets can be wall or base mounted and pre-plumbed, if required.
Can be manufactured for double-sided sash operation with clear viewing panels for teaching applications.
Cable port entries can be fitted to eliminate the danger and inconvenience of cables passing through the face opening.
Baffle wash-down systems can be fitted to wash the rear of the baffles and internal back of the fume cupboard, they may be operated manually or automatically.
Down-draft configuration is available where the exhaust air is drawn through the base of the fume cupboard for heavier than air fumes.
