Specification

Fume scrubbers shall be Conditionaire Model WFS-R, sized to suit the airflow, manufactured from fully welded UPVC with inlets and outlets sized to match the connecting ducting.

The filter pad/mist eliminator is to be woven polypropylene which is continually saturated by, fixed and non adjustable, atomising sprays.

The scrubber body shall be fitted with a clear tank level viewing panel, eliminator and sprays viewing panel, overflow outlet, low level indicator switch and dosing port. All components requiring servicing or replacement are to be easily accessible via removable panels.

The unit shall be fitted with a 240V, chemically resistant magnetic drive pump to re-circulate the water between the atomising sprays and the neutralising tank. The pump is to be pre-wired to a junction box. The water connection is from mains water supply via a polypropylene float valve to maintain a static water level. The entire assembly is to be mounted in a sump capable of containing the total volume of water.

The scrubber is to be capable of being interfaced with the status indicators on the fume cupboard control panel.

Sampling outlet tap.
Automatic dosing system.
Direct fume cupboard mounting with remote neutralising tank.
